Amitabh Bachchan who recently wrapped up the shoot for 'Shamitabh' is currently busy shooting for his next film Piku directed by Shoojit Sircar of Vicky Donor and Madras Cafe fame. The first look of Amitabh Bachchan in Shoojit Sircar's upcoming movie PIKU has been released. In the picture released officially by makers, a pot-bellied Bachchan is dressed in a checked overshirt and wears an angler’s hat from beneath which longish silver locks peep out.
Produced by MSM Motion Pictures, in association with Saraswati Entertainment Creations Limited and Rising Sun Films, "Piku" explores the intricacies of a father-daughter relationship, played by Bachchan and Deepika Padukone. The supporting cast includes actors Irrfan Khan, Moushumi Chatterjee and Bengali star Jisshu Sengupta.
The movie is set to release on April 30, 2015.
