Superstar Rajinikanth's upcoming magnum opus "Lingaa" completed its censor formalitites. The censor board has issued a clean U certificate for 'Lingaa' and the film is gearing up for a massive release on Dec 12th. Confirming the release date Lingaa director KS Ravikumar posted “Glad and happy to share #Lingaa movie is censored and Certified U. Get ready to watch the movie on our #superstar #Rajinikanth Birthday. MOVIE RELEASE ON 12TH DECEMBER 2014”.Bollywood Actress Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka Shetty will be seen in the female lead roles. 'Lingaa' also features Santhanam, Jagapathi Babu, Karunakaran, Dev Gill and others in the key roles. AR Rahman is the music director. Rockline Venkatesh is producing the film on Rockline Entertainments banner.
