Ranveer Singh tweets from operation theatre

Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh got himself injured while performing an action sequence for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's "Bajirao Mastani".  Ranveer Singh fell from a horse while shooting a scene in Jaipur and got injured his arm. Initially the actor went through regular physiotherapy, but wasn’t able to recover from the injury. On Saturday, Ranveer underwent surgery in Hinduja hospital, Mumbai to fix his injured shoulder.

Ranveer Singh even shared a picture from the operation theatre. In a series of tweets he posted, “Live tweet from the operation theatre!! About to get knocked out!”

Ranveer's good friend from the industry Arjun Kapoor responded to the actor's hilarious picture saying, "@RanveerOfficial ur a reality show on ur own baba." (sic).

Post surgery, doctors have advised the star to be on complete bed rest for around three weeks. Once he recovers, he will rejoin the set in May. He is strictly warned that he shouldn’t engage in any fight sequence or one that involves physical activities.
